Christmas gingerbread cookies recipe

Christmas gingerbread cookies recipe

 

Ingredients:

• 400g (14,1oz) plain flour
• 140g (4,9oz) sugar
• 75g (2,6oz) butter
• 3 eggs
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons gingerbread spices

 

Instructions:

1. Mix flour, sugar, butter, 2 eggs, honey, spices and soda and make the dough out of the mixture.
2. Leave the dough to rest for at least a few hours in the fridge, ideally for 1 day.
3. Then roll out and cut out the shapes with molds.
4. Bake at 150 ° C for about 7 minutes.
5. After removing the gingerbread from the oven, smear it with egg white.
6. Enjoy your meal
