Pineapple cake | How to make pineapple cake with yoghurt butter and chocolate

Procedure:

FOR THE BISCUIT

1. Blend the pineapple with juice.
2. Mix well all ingredients.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. Refrigerate, biscuit must be cold during application of the cream

FOR THE CREAM:

1. Mix well all ingredients.
2. Apply cream on biscuit

FOR THE CHOCOLATE:

1. Place a wide skillet with about one inch of water on a burner.
2. Place your chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl (stainless steel or tempered glass), and set the bowl directly in the water.
3. Bring the water to a simmer, let the chocolate sit until it is melted.
4. Add butter until chocolate is flowable
5. Mix well
6. Splash the chocolate on the cream
