Puff pastry pizza snails with ham and cheese

Ingredients:
Puff pastry
Ketchup
100 g sliced cheese
100 g of ham or bacon
1 egg
Optional spices oregano, basil, barbecue spices … to taste
Instructions:
Spread the puff pastry and spread with ketchup.
Spread the ham or bacon evenly on the dough.
Spread the sliced cheese evenly on the dough.
Add spices to taste (optional).
Scroll on the longer side.
Cut into slices about 1cm thick.
Smear with an egg.
